MANAGEMENT FEE: 8% OF THE COLLECTED MONTHLY RENT PER MONTH

  • Collect monthly rent and serve 3-Day Notices as necessary
  • Hire vendors and schedule necessary maintenance and repairs
  • Unscheduled drive-by inspections, and annual interior inspections upon request
  • Owner statement reports when monthly costs exceed $500
  • Pay mortgage, taxes, insurance and garbage bills as requested (owners’ expense)

LEASING/TENANT FINDING:

  • Contract and coordinate vendors to prepare property prior to occupancy of new tenants
  • Photograph interior and exterior of property prior to occupancy of new tenants
  • Market property(s) on numerous internet sites, to relocation companies and rental agencies
  • Hold open houses, show property to prospective tenants, screen all applicants, and complete contracts and accounting for tenancy 

All vendors are independent contractors. We have no financial gain from their services. References are available upon request.
